Historically, only about 1.2% of REAL agents reach Elite Agent Status, which makes this one hit a little differently. 

🏆 Awards have never been the reason we do this. 

But we share this one because behind this prestigious award are buyers and sellers who trusted us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives and that's something we'll never take for granted.

💪 A year ago, we made the decision to move back to REAL Broker.  After careful consideration, we decided that it would be the best for our business and family. We are grateful for all of the opportunities that led us here, but we are HOME! ❤️

When it comes to being recognized, a plaque is nice however at REAL, one of the things we appreciate most is that the company does not just recognize production;  REAL invest back into the agents building the company. 

🙌 This award comes with $16,000 in company stock and reduced transaction fees, and honestly, it still feels surreal to say out loud.

That's a pretty incredible way to celebrate the people moving things forward. But at the end of the day, the award or title is all made possible by our amazing clients, friends, referral partners, business partners and everyone who cheers for us every single day!
