The 2026 Fall Boise Parade of Homes is the largest parade in Idaho, featuring new homes full of extraordinary features in outstanding communities. What are we known for? Each builder who enters the parade, commits to build a "new and innovative floor plan." This commitment to keeping Boise new and innovative drives the architecture, design and features of each new home. This event has a long-standing tradition of displaying a variety of spectacular homes and introducing exciting new trends to attendees across the state of Idaho.
